Russian Landing Ship in Sevastopol was Struck by a Su-24 Storm Shadow Missile Launched from Su-24 Jet
Ukraine’s forces reportedly fired a Storm Shadow/SCALP cruise missile from a Sukhoi Su-24 fighter at Russian Navy Black Sea Fleet’s Project 775 landing ship.
While both Russian and Ukrainians said cruise missiles were used, the launch platform were not identified.
Yesterday, the Ukrainian Air Force confirmed that they exclusively employ Storm Shadow/SCALP cruise missiles, marking the first deployment of such weapons against targets in Crimea.
The targeted warship was located in the Sevastopol region of Crimea during the attack.
